FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW THEN RETURN TO YOUR CLUBMATE APP AND BOOK THE DATE YOU WANT TO FISH IN 'MAKE A BOOKING' THEN ACTIVITIES.
Take a friend fishing is a campaign promoted by the Angling
Trades association to encourage the growth of the sport. Any current rod licence holder will be able
to apply for a free day rod licence for a specified day on behalf of a friend, and
then you may take them fishing. The
application is done on line and the link is here:- You will need your rod licence number when registering.
Licence in date?
Remember you must be a licence holder to take a non-licenced friend fishing during TAFF! Check your licence is in date as you'll need it on the day!
The scheme will operate between 18th April – 4th
May and LDAS has decided to support the campaign by allowing a member who wishes
to take their friend fishing under this scheme to apply for one Take A Friend Fishing Guest Membership FREE OF CHARGE during the specified period – see your Clubmate App
to apply.
Note that this will apply to Ashtead and Long Copse waters only, as we will be in
the river close season at that time.
