JUNIOR SECTION

Richard Dawson has been in the LDAS for many years, and fished Long Copse and the Mole as a Junior.  He has offered tuition on Open Days, and has a great deal of experience with Juniors having been a manager of a Bookham Colts football team, helping at Leatherhead Hockey Club and Leatherhead Cricket club. Is now the LDAS registered Coach.

The only match this year is the Parent/Junior Match on 26th June at Long Copse.

LDAS are pleased to confirm the annual adult/junior match will be held on Sunday 26th June at Long Copse Ponds.
We had a good turn out last year and in the hope that we achieve the same this year the committee have agreed we can use the Top Pond.  (which will be closed to all other members until 4.30pm)
Teams are to be made up of an adult and a junior member. Both can fish, and the combined weight will count. We have some prizes to give out so the biggest individual fish caught by the Junior will also be recorded.
The club can provide keep-nets if needed.
If any Junior members would like to enter but don’t know an adult we can find a willing partner amongst the club members.
Normal club rules apply – no floating baits, no bread.   1 rod to be fished per entrant.
We will meet at 10.00am to draw swims. Fishing will commence at 11.00am and finish at 4.00pm

Please reply to richardd@leatherheadangling.co.uk to apply asap.
